Jeffrey J. Jaime didn’t arrive at leadership through shortcuts or titles alone. His journey was forged through service, discipline, and a deep conviction that leadership is not about position it’s about calling.
From working construction as a teenager to serving as a U.S. Air Force Cyberspace Operations Officer, Jeff learned early that trust, consistency, and character matter more than authority. That foundation shaped a career that now spans over two decades of leadership across military service, entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, and organizational transformation.
Today, Jeff is the CEO of Taurean General Services, a nationally recognized cybersecurity and IT services firm that has earned three appearances on the Inc. 5000 list and twelve consecutive years as a San Antonio Business Journal Best Place to Work. But accolades were never the goal. Culture was.
